Miami has inked its third player out of the transfer portal.
Ryan Smith has transferred to the RedHawks after spending his freshman season at Quinnipiac.
Smith played 34 games with the Bobcats in 2024-25, scoring two goals and dishing for three assists.
Prior to Quinnipiac, Smith played junior hockey for Miami coach Anthony Noreen at Tri-City, where he scored 24 goals in 60 games his final season.
