Latvian sophomores Rihards Simanovics and Bruno Bruveris became the 10th and 11th RedHawks to enter the transfer portal this spring.

Simanovics, a defenseman, went 1-3-4 last season and tallied 12 points in 63 games for Miami.

Bruveris finished with a 4.14 goals-against average in 19 games in 2024-25 and posted identical .866 save percentages his freshman and sophomore campaigns with one career shutout.

Just nine players remain on the Miami roster from last season: Forwards John Emmons, David Grosek, William Hallen, Blake Mesenburg, Brayden Morrison and Casper Nassen and defensemen Nick Donato, Michael Feenstra and Michael Quinn.
